ChangeUp Lambeth- Local Infrastructure Plan

This Local Infrastructure Plan (LIP) is being developed to build the capacity of local Voluntary and Community Organisations (VCO’s) in Lambeth and develop local infrastructure to facilitate this local capacity building. This plan is only the start of the process and will need to be updated and reviewed on a regular basis, but given the Government’s commitment to the programme, this process is essential to achieve the longer-term development of the sector.

In Lambeth like many other parts of London, local residents give their time and effort to develop and support a wide range of voluntary and community organisations, this programme will help to develop and build these organisations and help to improve the quality of life for all its citizens.

ChangeUp is about developing a ten-year vision for the sector and developing infrastructure to facilitate that vision and significant work needs to be undertaken to develop and achieve this.
