Leads Forum
Four lead agents co-ordinate and help inform the work of the Children’s Fund partners. They work closely together to ensure the projects from across the Every Child Matters themes, engage with each other, share resources and inform each other best practice. Leads Forum will meet every six weeks.

The forum acts as a central information exchange on projects' development that may have an impact on particular organisations. Lead organisations visit the projects on a regular basis to assist groups in becoming part of the overall Children Fund prevention agenda and to enable resources to be used most effectively.
In order to develop a proper prevention agenda, Leads Forum supports services to work closely together to address needs of the most vulnerable young people at the earliest possible stage and have developed their own steering group structures to enable this to happen.
