The Children’s Fund Open Day - 21st November 2006

The Children’s Fund is holding the Open Day to showcase and celebrate the work of the voluntary sector, community groups, statutory agencies and young people involved in the programme, who are all endeavouring to improve the lives of the most disadvantaged children and young people in Lambeth.

The line-up will include

• screening of films produced by the young people
• the launch of the Youth Inclusion Support Panel
• a showcase of the work done by the Junior Peer Inspection team from the Youth Council.
• fun competitions and a chance to win a prize as part of the launch of our new website.
• There will be free mini popcorn and drinks for the children alongside music performances.

Guests will include councillors Sally Prentice and Sam Townend and there will be a circle time discussion with Derrick Anderson, Chief Executive of Lambeth Council.
